One of my work colluges who I really don't like and I think is a complete prick has reuqested to be my freiend on facebook? Is it acceptable to simply ingore reuqest? I'd rather not have a jnr colluge looking at my personal photo's (me off my face etc) but as he sits very on my team ( I am is line manager) I don't know how to deal with the sistuation if he asks why i didn't answer his request. To make it worse I accepted a request from one of my other colluges but I don't mind him. help!!!!!!!!
