The missus has gone out, so I've played 36 holes on the wii, cooked a thai red curry with monkfish, opened a bottle of red and now playing online poker, with some soft 'art' film on telebox. I'm a simple man with simple needs!

I cook at least 2 currys a week.
Monkfish is nice but you can't beat a Thai Beef red curry.
Another favourite of mine is pork in a coconut milk curry.
