i currently am working through fieldstaff for nationwide.
i had an interview for a promotion in august.
since then nationwide have lost my app, lost my interview notes, and i've not been paid for the job.
in the course of this time the agency neglected to inform me my year of temping was about to be up and as a result i'd lose any holiday i'd acrued (a fortnights worth). so effectively nationwide and the agency have between them screwed me out of £400 just on the holiday pay alone*.
now due to nationwides incompetence i need to re-provide them with my last 3 wage slips** as part of my proof of earnings.
you'd think this would be a simple task? not on your nelly.
** they are so infrequent it's untrue. never have i had 3 wage slips consequtively
so basically, every day i send an outlook and phone them to ask for my wage slips and for a breakdown of my acrued holiday and when i've used it. as of yet nothing has happened and all the while i'm not getting paid for the job i'm doing (which isn't much fun already, then you take into account it's going to be a struggle to get back pay for it AND backpay for the o/t i do).
*as a footnote it was interesting to hear one of the girls on my team got an outlook stating her holiday allowance and when said allowance should be used by. i have got that now in my mailbox waiting for them to respond saying they don't tell me and i should be more attentive to these sorts of details.
now...
do i become a cunt and write to Operations Manager and Managing Director in an attempt to get it resolved and me out of their hair OR do i go down there and yet again attempt to talk to them ?
i think from my tone and writing style most will guess what i'm inclined to do
oh my this turned into more of a rant
(my tact with nationwide is slightly different but i shall be seeking backpay)
steady wat you post on here mate as i'm a manager in electra house and think thats where you work isn't it??
