dip shit? ha, mate if I had this issue I wouldnt deal with it by writing things about it. I've apparently written to the appropriate dept to deal with this issue by emailing them earlier. I was simply informing other people of my concerns. Just say I decided to throw these bags over the school gates and your kid happened to goto that school? |

Id blame you for doing it, There has clearly been a problem you have two options:-
1. Take the bags to the tip yourself
2. Wait for council to collect.
