£20 isnt a competitive price at all.
What you want to do, is drop your prices to say £15 and under cut all your rivals.
People will hear you're the cheapest and use you, because £20 for an hours less is way too much.
Back in the day I paid £15 a lesson and even then I thought that was waaay too much.
How much money do you think 17 year old students have?

I think DV is right in a way....should just make a student rate and drop that by a couple of quid.
As for £20 being competitive, I was paying £21/22 an hour with Safeway earlier this year. I'd have quite happily paid an extra £3 an hour because the instructor was really good.

I have a full Thai driving licence,
The whole thing was a farce, for starters the "driving" test consisted of me having to drive around a circuit, with the examiner watching from a distance, I did the whole circuit with the prodigy turned up full whack, with one hand one the wheel and not bothering to check my mirrors becasuse I knew that there was no fucking traffic to check for, and passed with flying colours.
The theory test was also a waste of time, with questions like "What do you do at a red light", and what is the fastest that you can drive on a 70 kmph highway, (Multiple choice of course).
What scared me was the amount of people that failed.
Even more scary was that a 50 quid bung bought them a licence regardless of their performance.
For me, I both saved myslef 50 quid and the humility of failing.
Needless to say that driving in Thailand can be a white knuckle ride at times.
