Other than that I'd say the Pox at home (so that I could be sure of a ticket!) Actually I've managed to find possibly the cheapest pub in London, near to where I was working this week, so that wouldn't work out too bad. A hot baguette and a pint of Strongbow for £3.89. Bliss. |

It's just off High Holborn, so I reckon a short walk from there to Holborn and onto the Piccadilly line to South Ealing. Failing that, Bakerloo line to Waterloo and get a train to Brentford station. In other words, it's pretty damned good. I probably shouldn't mention this but a double and mixer (Smirnoff, Gordons, Bacardi, Southern Comfort etc) is only £2.29. A good find considering the location is usually pricey! |
