I think the clocks go back at 2.00am. If you're in a 24 hour establishment I guess you do get an extra hour. You'll lose it next March mind.

How can you get extra in a 24 hour establishment? If it's a 24 hours job it would be open round the clock anyway - ok you may gain the hour but you could be in there for three hours more than you may usually be on any other night anyway...

In the clubs I used to go to in the October you get an ectra hour as the clocks go back at 0200, so the second after 0159.59 it's 0100, so in a place that shuts at 0200, you do get an extra hour.
But that was the places I used to go to...

on this subject... i personally dont stay in bed the extra hour. does anyone else?
i would do, however, if it the clock was put back on sunday night because i know i have to get up for work.
i think there is a vote to be won here.

I'm sure I read somewhere that under English law, if a club shuts a 2am it has to actually shut at 1:59am, so if it shuts at 2 it has to shut exactly as the clocks change but if it normally shuts after 2am then you get the extra hour.
