i like to brighten up my day by eating great things. yesterday i had

peanut butter on toast, one slice (rush)
organic carrot and coriander soup (superb)
kit kat chunky peanut flavour (classic)
tuna mayo and sweetcorn baguette (sainsburys, not great)
home made ploughmans sandwich (watercress, ham, vintage cheddar, tommies, spring onion, branston small chunk - out of this world)

for dinner i chopped a load of veg (courgette, onion, garlic, pepper, parsnip, tomato), covered it in olive oil and wacked it in the oven. it was lovely with potato salad and some leftover chickaan.

today i've munched

a pot of onken strawberry multigrain yoghurt (cracking stuff)
a mcdonalds sweet chili chicken sub ( a bit rank, quite small, and took ages)
oreo mcflurry (didnt live up to expectations)
ham and cheese sarnie (plain)

i'm getting the bird to make me potato salad for dinner.

i bloody love food, me. and i'm not even a fatty. i feel like i should be, i eat loads.

I quite like the Octogon cafe. I think it's the fact that you never quite know if it's open or not.

Octagon? (I spelt it right this time)

It's between the Tricentre buildings. It's the glass building.

it's cos i eat healthy food on the whole, init. and i do lots of exercise. eat less/more healthily and jog a little, it aint rocket science, fatty!

fat people annoy me. unless they're the cheery type who compensate for their fatness by being nice/funny. but even that is quite annoying. being fat costs the taxpayer, the fat amongst the population should be looked down upon much like a heroin addict i say.

I like lists...

Today I have eaten:

Two rounds of wholemeal brown toast and butter
One chicken and onion fresh baguette
A pear

Quite poor really but I feel a bit rufffffffffff after a few beers watching Sean ‘ex-Buzzccocks’ Hughes last night.  Overall quite a good show.
