If you can't be bothered to read newspapers and write your own CV, it's no wonder you can't get a job.

Lazy bastard.

it tech support or something along those lines.

preferably the more challenging the better.

i've looked at the usual sites but wondered if there's anything more niche/specialist i've missed!

Have you tried looking on www.jobserve.com James? Most of the IT recruitment agencies use it to post new perm or contract positions.

Also, get your CV on www.jobsite.co.uk.

i used my university site

http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/careers/students/applications/introduction/cv.php

samples, advise etc

then get it on the usual sites monster etc and any specific to your field. Usually this triggers agencies in that field to get in contact (you should be looking to sign up with a few yourself too)

get the cv done first though. prospects website is also a good site in terms of what certain careers involve and thus what employers look for, incorporate it in your cv, bobs your uncle

Do you want a job with me? I could be possibly looking for someone in the next 6 months or is that too far away?

What did you get the sack for James, or did your contract expire?

sippo - doing what exactly? might be interested but need something ASAP as i've been left up shit creek because my contract was unexpectedly terminated.

no warning, no word of thanks, just "you're not right for the job, you need to leave the building immediately" at 8:23am on friday morning.

You know putting together a good looking CV would be a lot easier if you could stop getting sacked.
