ooooooooooohhhhhhhh so many things to comment on. bob dylan,some shit, some ace songs. the office,fucking superb. i hate pink floyd. most overated band ever imo. kate bush,same dylan really but the ace songs aint quite as ace as dylans ace ones. same with the beatles but they have more ace ones than both dylan and bush put together. i'm really into "i am the walrus" at the moment  i'd like to add star trek and doctor who to the list.both have cult followings, but i find both truly awful |

I agree about the office. In fact my dislike of it offended some kiddy so much the other day that I thought he was going to take a swing at me. That was a weird experience. Oohh Bennett was there. He'll back me up on the weirdness.
Bloc Party are shit.
Star Trek is ace, as is Doctor Who. I might watch Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan right now. There's a possibility that it's the finest film ever made.

I only like a few Dylan songs and think he's a bit shit overall. Although without Dylan we wouldn't have got the excellent versions of some of his songs that Hendrix performed. Without Dylan we wouldnt have had some of the Beatles classics. Without the Beatles classics, we wouldn't of had.... and so on... and without Woody Guthrie we wouldn't have had Dylan - seeing as Dylan plagiarised a lot of his songs.  Indeed he did. The whole folk thing was a bit incestious and hippy for me. Dylan just made it cool imo. |
