Everything is in trust to my sisters child, the lot. At least trying to get it sorted now but its a legal minefield. The reason for that is parents will sort out immediate family when they pass away, little one is a legend who will hopefully appreciate a start in life in years to come.
1 million tax free is nice but with property prices it wont help many

Obviously I am going through heap loads of this at the moment and all the stuff that is valuable or sentimental goes straight to Jenna.
