Have put something on Ebay that is worth about 300ukp. I've never used Ebay before and didnt set any reserve or anything. Some gimp has offered 99p for it. Do I have to accept it? What should I do?

If he's put a bid on then the only thing you can do is cancel it; but you can't do that if there's less than 12 hours to go i think.
You're supposed to have a good reason to cancel; but you don't need to; they just don't appreciate it if you do it very often.
you can always cancel the auction if you want to i think and start again; may be the better option. you'll end up paying two lots of fees that way though.

Seriously; i would cancel the auction; won't cost you much. And then re-list with reserve price etc; it's worth the hassle.
