From where? MK has a train station so you should be able to get there. Check with the national rail website.

London mate, london to paddington, paddingdon to euston, get fast train to MK, stops at Watford, about 40 mins from London

do not get the slow train, your have to stop at Bushey which is nice but adds an hour and a half to your trip from Euston
