you could go to the tate modern, then see the terracotta army at the british museum, go to vinopolis and do some wine tasting, then in the evening go to see whoever is on at the jazz cafe in camden.
that's what i would do if i was taking a "friend" out. I like that idea! |

I was about to say Longleat ..but what about Cotswold Wildlife Park .. bonus in that there are no monkeys!
Or waterskiing at Cotswold Water Park if you and he are brave! They do have monkeys but they are in cages. You can (secretly) touch the penguins at Cotswold  |
