Bit of a half hearted effort to be honest, worried about Fred. I'm sure he'll be ok, probably his body doing a 180 and fighting back against his lack of spicy food and red meat.

Tempted to ring up his phone but he's in hospital and I doubt whoever has his mobile wants some random piss head ringing up to check up on him. Tomorrow seems a long time to get news though.

I ended up not working tonight and went to the pub for a few hours to watch the Wales Jap game (sorry Toni, I really didn't think I'd get to go out tonight). Japan's first try was the awesomeness of awesomeness. The second one wasn't bad either, shame about Wales' bijillions.

I'm getting pretty sleepy, by the time I finished my course today I'd worked 21 out of 33 hours or something. Booooo to working. Glad I didn't get called up tonight though.

It's the sleepy/non-sleepy sort of thing, you feel tired but you don't want to go to sleep. I think it's partly because tonight's one of my only two nights off where I don't have work the next morning.

Anyway. I've managed to write an essay about a rubbish day. Haven't even got to the interesting bits yet. I did an exam and stuff. woot.

Let's see if anybody can do any better.

I thought you had a month off for a minute, then I realised I'd got September and August the wrong way round.

I got bored of heroes by episode 9/10/11 ish. Yeah let's go round in circles when it's obvious from the start that the cheerleaders dad is a bit sketchy. Let's fly the Indian professor dudes son backwards and forwards to make up a couple of episodes etc. The shole thing seemed to be taking too long to get good. It was slower than lost.

although the Japanese dude is brilliant. I nearly kept watching just for him.

I hope so. I'm still dead on my feet anyway tonight, stupidly tired but after a few days you get used to no sleep so you find it hard. I only ended up going round the corner to the pub. Probably wasn't the best day to go for a drink with you. I'd have probably been in a bad mood and not much fun.

Today i think i adapted well to being single.... I had loads of back office training at work, went t the Circus where someone started shouting "red army, red army" which made me chuckle. Then Mr Pook and his friends came and sat behind me and joined in the circus fun, which i found a little strange for 3 young lads but different strokes for different folks n all that jazz.
Now i just finished up watchin 5 episodes of Prison Break, took some herbal sleeping tablets but they are yet to work.
