Dave and Sonic Youth are obviously very big men and go to all 46 league games, but for us mere mortals without sugar daddy's, how many games do you manage? Personally, I've made 9 games so far. Am interested to know if anyone on here does go to games such as Hartlepool away etc. Anyone who goes up there instantly earns my respect, but where they get the funds from is beyond me. Interesting to read King's interview RE.: Fans, I wish I could be there tomorrow.

7 or 8 this season, 20 odd last. When I was your/dave's/sonic's age I used to do 30-40 a season, mainly thanks to my friends dad who used us as an excuse to his wife for going to away games.
This and last season I've only really gone to home games when other people want to and I'm not working, and away games when I'm in the area.

Blackpool (A) Chesterfield (A) P'Boro (A) Oldham (A) are the only ones I've missed thus far....
Not going to Hartlepool tomorrow, spent my money on going to watch England instead....what a waste....wish I was going

I can't vote because by season's end I'll have more than 30, but less than 39.

I think Ive missed one home game (including cups) this season. And I went to City (A) Walsall (A) Stockport (A) Chesterfield (A) Sheff Wed (A) Brentford (A) Torquay (A) Luton (A).
Not bad going considering my age and lack of income!

I've missed one home game all season and been away to Brizzle, Walsall, Colchester, Barnsley, Exeter, Bournemouth, Wednesday, Brentford, Torquay and the MKDs. I'll also go to one of Hudders or Hull.
I think this shows I am a better fan than you Walrus. I pay my own way as well more often than not.
I'll probably get to around 35 or so by the end of the season.

I'm fucking loaded mate But I can't afford 200 miles a weekend, plus I like to think I have a social life, and after 4 hours of driving I don't feel much like going out - I still drag myself out by invariably have a shit time. Is anyone on here going to Hartlepool out of interest?

i haven't been able to make any of your fixtures.
i've been to orient away and about 12 home games, which isn't bad considering i'm at uni for half of the year.
last season i went to all home matches and about a third of the away fixtures.
