Come on work it out.....can you imagine Sturrock thinking his back room boys are not up to making sure teh players are fit......so he goes to Rufus and says, can you recommend me a fitness coach. Nah.....thin end of the wedge methinks. |

It's certainly all going a bit weird at SN1.
Of all the things you'd think we need to urgently invest in, a Director of Football and a Fitness Coach wouldn't seem to be on the list. Sturrock, and Wise before him, seemed to have sorted any areas they would look after already.
We'll be appointing a Coach for Defenders soon, or maybe a team selection assistant.
