Everybody here has met great people and lost contact with them, if you could
choose to meet up again with any of those people from your past who would it be?
Mine would be a yank called Angelo, I met him in a shady Bangkok night club one night and his very first word's to me where "Do you want a line?" Needless to say we hit it off instantly. He was from Miami (Da-da-da-da-da-da), and yes my friends and I did mime surfing when he was around. He was a stereo-typical Miami, surfer dude who was an instant hit with anybody that he met, young and old, until one day his family and he returned back to America without notice.
If I could choose an old friend/aquintance to knock my door right now it would be Angelo.

Mine would be a girl called Ginny who I met in Tenerife, wasnta relationship in any way buta top lass all teh same, life and soul of a party, and always brightened up a day of everyone she met.

I had a good mate years back who I shared a house with etc when I lived in London.
After I moved to Swindonia we kept in touch...he had always been interested in Buddhism.....to such an extent that he decided to go for monk status.
This meant he had to lose his previous life and ditch all contact with friends.....further he had to own up to things which he considered wrong about his conduct of relationship with me.
What he wanted to get off his chest, was one night we had two birds round, who we'd teamed up with on a night out, one very fit the other not so....apparently at some stage when I was out of the room, fit bird had expressed an interest in me, he'd told her I was gay....so pulled her himself.
It was some years after that the confession came out.
I don't particularly want to meet the fella again.....but have always been curious as to how it worked out.
