I just paid around 170 quid for an ipod on ebay. Came this morning all packaged and sealed etc, open it up and there's a scratch right in the middle of the screen. Because it came from America and the p&p was like £30 it is a lot of hassle to send it back. Any suggestions?

Always check feedback first!
What the hell where you paying £130.00 for from America anyway?
I paid less than that 12 months ago for a brand new 20GB from the States. With the decent exchange rate you shouldn't be paying anything like that.
email them first see what they say.

Yeah they had pretty good feedback. I guess it's not really their fault seeing as it was sealed and everything, they obviously just buy them in and sell them on. That was the cheapest I could find it for, and I don't have any contacts in America that could have bought one for me
