Just had a surge of optimism!!

How much money would the new owners make by having a team in the Premiership?

I'm gonna go and lie in a darkened room now.......................

Damn it. I just had this vision of SiPie flapping around in mid air. Not even mildly amusing really...

Oh, and I don't know.

Undoubtedly some people have trousered serious money from being in the right place at the right time....like Freddie Shepherd....Rupert Lowe...Ken Bates.

Conversely very few seem to suffer personally when the club goes pear shaped....eg Publicity Pete Ridsdale at Leeds.

I think its key that very close scrutiny is kept on the new owners...we don't want a repeat of the Blatchley/Donegan helicopter days when the youth team minibus is being  repossesed.
