I read that as BES/BEST are just be prviding financial services on behalf of Mr Investor.
A bit like 'whoever' is hiding being a shareholder in the (current) holding company (Diamandis?).
So we know nothing about anything- is that correct?

yep, it's probably a bit unlikely a bank would buy us unless there was a huge property deal in the offing.
My hunch would be they are the banking and credit facility for a consortium of people - that's the detail we need.
