In Specsavers I think its about £18.50 something like that

But check if your work provide you with a free one - some big companies do if you work on computers

£22 in vision express.

If you work in front of a computer most of the time you can claim it back from your employer.

Are they not free in Spec savers or am I getting exams confused with tests?

Because I'm such an IT genius when I took my free test I was prescribed a pair of bin lids only for use when my eyes were tired and told not to wear them normally as it’ll actually make my peepers worse.

I took that prescription and on Fred’s recommendation went to that Frames direct and picked up a pair for £25 that would have cost £150 plus in Spec Savers.   Sounded like a bit of a con by Savers to get me to purchase glasses I didn't need but they are quite handy when tired

my least favourite part of the whole eye test experience is when they shoot little blasts of air into your eye.

currently undecided on my favourite part.

If you're in town tomorrow inbetween 1 and 2 that would be handy! Or if you're going tonight, but its probably too late for that now...

Appears you commoners on the mainland now have to pay for eye tests, which just goes to show how long I have been lording it up in tax heaven.

Anyway presuming your not a smelly student Tails and are 16+ you can have a free D&A voucher instead...

Does that mean if you needed a monocle you'd get it for free ?
