just read 'the damned united' by david peace, about Brian Clough.  its told in this mental autobiographical style, going backwards and forwards in time between him as manager at derby and then leeds - takes a few pages to get used to, but it really works well.  well worth a look

was reading shaun goaters book the other day for some reason, but it was actually quite good. Man City love him  :shock:

Not a football book, but I read the autobiography of Alex James (the bass player from Blur)

Well worth a read, especially if you are a Blur fan

I admire him,hes doing everything exactly as a you should.

I am absolutely definitely going to get that. I've had a flick through and it looks superb.

It's the sort of book I will probably read all the way through in one go. Just right for a flight to the States in fact Cool

I read Perfume by Patrick Suskind whilst on holiday recently,not really much of a holiday read though tbh,its too disturbing and rank.Still only cost £4.97 from tesco so its not all bad Smiley

my lad is reading pele's at the moment and reckons thats good.i've just started alex fergusons and it looks a good un
