Stop moaning Walsh, I'd kill to live in a nice peaceful spot.  I'd rather look out my window and see peaceful fields than the bloody A34  Crying

I'm a country girl all the way.

You get most of those things in Town now anyway.....

I can imagine that after a while the peace and tranquility does your head in.

I like the fact that within a 10 to 12 min walk of my place, I have a  variety of pubs, clubs to suit moods and different times of day.

Bung in a reasonable range of eating places...the CG, some parks and shops and the job's a good un.

I agree Reg, personally whilst I love the great outdoors having grown up in a old town I can't imagine evr being in a situation where I have to drive just to get a pint, some milk or a paper.  The isolation is nice for a holiday, but I'm a urban dweller at heart.

I think the worst thing is living in the suburbs.....whereby you don't really get the peace, and don't have too many facilities on the doorstep.

I also have my doubts about places like Bassett and Highworth.....OK if you've got a really nice gaffe perhaps, but if its just your regular Bloor home.....what's the point?
