Sorry this is a fucking mundane topic for a Friday but does anyone here use a local DVD delivery service.  Not the postal efforts but a retail shop that delivers to order locally and if so what are your opinions, experiences and overall impression of the service?

Finally on top the DVD what would be the ultimate accompaniments to your DVD, stuff like hot popcorn, drinks, wine, beer, wings, hotdogs etc?

Muchos gracias and rest easy by replying to this topic you will be earning me a pint and possibly a lifetime supply of DVD’s if the cunt runs with his idea.

Ice cream or Revels with a DVD works wonders. Unless i have a beer, when only a nice savoury snack like kettle chips/nachos will do

Red wine and a slab of nice slightly runny brie. Or maybe Camambert. and red wine.

Dazza was only thinking about this today - went past a DVD shop in eastcott hill and its downsized and I wondered what profit their would be (ok im a gimp)

I think youd have to make it competitive and your real bread and butter of busienss woudl be friday and saturday nights, you would have to do real volume due to the profit on each unit.

Putting extras in like wine popcorn and ice cream would make it feasable

Cheers chaps and spot on Bushey it’s a dying business with all of the postal services and sky but I think he’s hit a niche idea with the delivery, wine and food that could work.

Id forget the DVDs and just deliver crates of Beer and Munchies to Pill heads and stoners on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Someone in Swindon delivers beer at silly o'clock.
