Actually the new housing estates on the Front Garden flood plain (and yes - it does flood) are going to have to look like that I think.

Thats the problem with Tewkesbury, they've built something like 5000 homes, Morrisons and a by pass on the flood plain in the last 10 years and it is fucking up the rest of the area and the sewers, drains etc don't cope Our house is 30 years old and this is the first time it has ever flooded, coincidence I think not.
