any of you ebayers ever shipped any footwear to the states?
i've said it'll cost £13 p+pp to the states, will that be enough and would royal mail be the best bet?

Royal Mail should be pretty safe. Don't know about the cost though. How heavy is a pair of trainers? You'll be ok if they're under 640 grammes. (USA is World Zone 1)
