I think it's because the solution had already been posted. Either you're being thick and hence the "it's not rocket science" point, or like you say the arrow isn't there. I don't see why it wouldn't be there though.
Do you have the latest flash player installed?

Strange that. I have the latest flash and it works fine. Must be the pc aids as Bennett suggested. As for people 'having a go at you' - there's been a hell of a lot worse posted by others, myself and yourself. Don't be so sensitive, a suggestion that it's not fucking rocket science is not very offensive. Charlotte asked the same question before you, got the answer and didn't post again, probably because good old Chaz found the mystery arrow.
