I find it unbelieveable that there were people on the list in the article were in their mid 30s and mid 40s. Don't these people ever grow up ?

They've only been known as SAS for a couple of years. There used to be S.T.A.B., Southsiders, Up and comers etc. etc.
It's like my old man said not long ago, there is always an outlet for violence in society, better it be football than politics.

Oh, and 95% of the time these days it's wearing flash clothes(or stone island jumpers ), acting hard when the police are there, and getting harrassed all day. Sounds like great fun.

You can get addicted to pretty much anything. I can understand why people enjoy that sort of thing and get a buzz out of it I just think it's pretty pathetic.

Three months for one punch, more trouble down my local, one proper go and 17 charged(+3 Bournemouth).
Addicted to getting yourself nicked. Hooliganism is dead.

I certainly hope hooliganism is dead. Don't particularly want to subject my kids to all that stupidity.

Its bullshit, theres a lot worse thing happening out there than a few lads having a ruck at football.Getting 3 months in jail for it is a joke and I feel for the lads involved.
Im afraid the risks are just too high these days.Khans right the hooligan scene will be dead at Swindon for a while but personally I think its on the rise again in football generally.
