Did anyone watch it yesterday with the football agent barry silkman on it he mentioned about why premiership managers buy abroad because of lower league clubs price there youngsters to high out of moves. He mentioned one this season going from division 2 to a premiership side near the end of the season he said they brought the lad who was a striker for 500,000 pounds with add ons up to over 2 million which he said was how it should be done which benefits the small clubs if they make it.To me this seamed like the lucas deal .

so £2million overall? that'd be wonderful.

hopefully the deal is that we get £1.5million if he takes part in pre-season training.

it's more likely that the deal is we get the rest if he's the first footballer to score a hattrick on the moon.

i also saw in the paper today that we've got a £900k CVA payment to make this weekend or face getting wound up, anyone else heard this?
