how depressing, ralphy's up for work and i'm just about to go to bed  Frankly, I'd be more depressed if I was getting up at 4am. My personal idea of hell.

oh! but still getting up for that time must be difficult? i accidently forgot to set my alarm clock back to 7 o clock from 5:15 am today because it was set at that time for a trip i had with college but i woke up at 5 for no reason today and now my head hurts

he has yes. i have had numerous text messages at about 8am saying he feels rough. even had to go home early cos he was being sick Once i remember him saying that he went to bed at 3am only to be woken an hour later for work. i think that was when he had to go home ill??? sure he will tell you too.
