...have spent most of your time in the top flight.  You win the FA cup in the mid 80's and start the 90's still in the top flight, despite numerous scares.  Now it's 2005, you have you're new stadium a couple of months away from being ready.  It's state of the art and one of the most impressive grounds in the country and who do you play in your first competitive match against?  Scunthorpe at home in league 1.  That could be the tragic tale of Coventry City Football Club come August.  Covvie and Forest in League 1 next season??  I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

It'd be undoubtedly the greatest stadium ever to grace the 3rd tier of the English league.  It's even better than Griffin Park.

Coventry, Brighton, Leicester, Cardiff, Brighton or Plymouth would all be alright. Should be a better league next year.

There's way too many northern clubs in this division at the moment.  It's like playing in the rugby league league.

I was discussing this last night......if we can't have Forest, then Coventry would be good......I've only ever seen 3 league games against them 4-1 in 65 Rogers 2 Summerbee and Dawson at the CG......then the two games in the Prem draw at their place and Fjortoft hat trick at CG.

I'd like Lincoln to come up as well as its ages since we played them and I've not been there.

i#ve just had a bet with a forest fan, he says they are staying up, put £20 on it. They've played a lot better in the past few weeks (apart from the 6-0 of course  )

I'm not so sure, the relegation fights a very interesting one in the championship this year.  Rotherham are screwed, but the next two rele positions could be anyone's.  Plymouth and Brighton are now only 3 points away.  I think I'd trade Covvie or Forest for one of those to come back down.  Brighton would be my choice.

Yeah I saw that Reg, Gary Johnson is favourite to take over according to my Watford supporting mate.  That'd be interesting to see how well he does IF that's true.
