not particularly likely to happen, so i'll have to learn.

i've got a cookbook but i don't even know how to cook meat. my repertoire extends to pasta and sauces, sadly. i find myself watching loads of cooking progs - the f word, masterchef - but i'm just clueless Sad

woe is me

Best way is just to try stuff. You might have a few disasters but you'll probably learn from stuff. Buy yourself some steaks or something.

Fajitas don't have sauce.

It's chicken fried in seasoning with peppers and onion.

Serve wrapped in a tortilla with salsa and soured cream.

Yum.

I think Ben's got the best idea...you won't find death burgers in any cook book.

Sonic why don't you try a few meat pasta dishes or something like a curry. There's not really a lot you can do wrong here and is a good chance to experiment with flavours. Then you can start doing other dishes when you're a bit more confident.

I still need to learn how to cook fish
