someone copying the famous political stencil artist (not to be confused with a writer) BANXI.
people always come out with quirky little stencils trying to copy him and this dude's no exception

I expect everyone to look out for these and take photos as proof.If we pin down each location we may get a pattern and be able to work out where the sprayer lives.(you know like in Cracker and what not)This is an important mystery that must be solved.
