Have touched on this a little before, but have not really eaten meat for the last three weeks, and for the first time in about a year I am beginning to think that my UC is under control.
I really am beginning to feel well again, and I am sure that the new diet is working.
To all you veggies out there, could you possibly point me in the right direction of good on line recipe sites etc.
I have googled a lot of stuff but just came up with the usual "meat is murder" brigade
Cheers

That would be ace Si I like nice Salads, tomatoey stuff, had a 3 bean cobbler (with like scones on the top) tonight and it was lush. Fish is a good option for me.................I like it and does not play me up I am quite open minded about it all really, Ill try anything (except tofu and meat substitutes mate)

bennett's yer man. Seb will probably give you a few pointers too...
those veggie burgers/sausages we had at the BBQ were fucking lovely, so you can still be the man of the house and burn dead animals on an outdoor fire fred

This is the water. And this is the well. Drink full and descend. The horse is the white of the eyes and dark within.
