Fuck yeah. That was nice. I came up with the marinade at 4am this morning, whilst a bit pissed.

I'm starting to think that I'm a culinary genius.

I need to right down all my death recipes so I can make a little book.

I've got 3 now. Death Burgers, Death Kebabs and Death Chicken. Any ideas on what I should attempt next?

I was just thinking of a death steak sauce. Can't see death pizza really working. Pizza is Pizza and unless I have a flash of insparation, then I'm not sure I can improve it past the wide range of varieties already available.

Ben, when i do an authentic Texan chili, i use red wine instead of water for the stock and fresh Scotch Bonnet Chili's. They are mega hot and would be ace in a death recipe.

Death recipes aren't particularly hot. But that does sound like good chilli.
