My turn to cook tonight. Can't decide what to cook. Fancy doing something different.
Anybody created anything of culinary interest recently?

Ummm. Ahh the old pasta, beans and cheese. Unfortunately I'm not a student any more. A bowl of that could keep you going for a few days.

Depends what you fancy - Mexican lasagne is a new favourite - make chilli and instad of layering with pasta use tortilla wraps, then pour cheese sauce on, and sprinkle cheese on it. Failing that cook boneless chicken breasts in the oven stuffed with Boursin chees and wrapped in bacon. delicious with roast potatoes or wedges and serve with brocolli covered in cheese sauce - which you can enhance with a dash more boursin.

How about home made spicy wedges, a nice bit of steak, and a tomato and chilli chutney type thing? Throw some mixed leaves on the side. Done.

Slap some salmon steaks in some tin foil, throw some Jif lemon over them and sprinkle with pepper. Chuck it in the oven for half an hour.
Dead easy. Preparation time = 60 seconds. Dead tasty.
