I don't think Ifil has improved much. He just looks better in a shit league. Still picks up far too many bookings and suspensions for my liking. Also, he's still prone to the odd headless chicken act when there isn't an experienced CB beside him.
It's got to be Peacock. His attitude is fantastic. He's played out of position but never moans. What he lacks in ability he makes up for in work rate. I can't knock the guy. For all the games I've brought newbies to this season, they always single out Peacock as the stand out player.

I'd vote Phil Smith on the basis of saving us on numerous occasions. When he signed I'm sure most people thought he'd play 3 or 4 games and then get released at the end of the season.
But he's performed admirably and we probably have the best "2nd Keeper" in the league!
Jerel Ifil would be my second choice.
