Today starting at 2.30,at last a game against a good side,so we'll probably lose,oh well Seems the big debate is who's going to open the batting with Virgil, will it be Joyce or will Strauss come back in?Maybe leaving Bell out might be conisidered, after his tourturous innings against Ireland?I do know that watching us bat has become a bit predictable, don't bother with the first 40 overs just watch the last ten because thats when we actually bat well, its worked ok so far but that has been against lower ranked teams, can't see us always getting away with it now we're facing the better teams.

It sounds like Strauss will be in ... I think id change the batting order a bit
Strauss and Virgil to open with KP to come in at 3 and Collingwood at 4 Bell at 5 maybe

We need to start scoring quicker, we could well be all out by the 40th over so need a higher run rate near the start.

if you think logically then nothing points to an england win, sri lanka are superior with both bat and ball
however, this is sport and you can't write anything off

I'm liking this, 103-2 after 25 overs What the fuck have they done to the pitch though, it looks psychedelic?

Mahela looking in great touch; top to watch but good neither for England nor the tournament I would have thought.

Hmmm, Sri Lanka slowly turning up the heat - I think they're on for about 260 at this rate....
