If it does I really think I've got it.
Got pulled up at work earlier for over excessive internet usage, one of my own team members grassed me up (cunt :evil: ).
My manager went apeshit at me as I just sat there and took it.
Do you know what makes it bad though? The first thing I did when I got back to my desk was.... check the TEF :x
I forced myself to not use the internet all afternoon at work and it was probably the worst 3-4 hours I've ever had at work.

I wouldn't have the internet if I didn't need it for work, I fucking hate it  It's a bit like the telly though, I can't help looking at it for at least a little while most days, even if it leaves you wondering what on earth you're doing with your spare time. |

Been off on a course and the shagging wi-fi is broken again so I've driven all the way home JUST to catch up with TEF - it's a FACT, so yep it's deinately addictive
