It was quite interesting to see the town end half full towards the end of the game today, after paying 15-23 for a ticket i would have thought most would have stayed but not so.

How often do you leave games early?

remember that guy on 5-live after the swindon sheff weds game, he left with 20 mins to go when we were 2-0 down, i could never leave that early, today i left when the additional time sign was held up.

i left about 5 seconds before the final whistle. i'd probably have left earlier if it wasn't a case of leaving my dad deserted in swindon.

It depends who Im with,my mate that I used to go with (he's not allowed anymore but thats another topic) would get itchy feet at half time and sod off to the pub.Ive done that once myself though normally I will stay until 5 minutes to go depending on the score when Im with him.If Im on my own or with the Spaceys I stay till the whistle.

Once we went 3-0 down I left.

Alot of people go as much for a few beers as the football, unless you're a complete nerd if there looks no chance of getting anything out of the game then it makes sense to get back in the pub. :beers

I toyed with the idea of walking out after we went 1-0 down but I managed to last until the third before buggering off (In spite of losing the will to live after the second went in).

I only left early once in the last 10 years. That was a friendly agianst Wimbledon a couple of years back. They opened the arkells stand only. I left at half time 0-0 and the game didn't have a shot all first half.
Got home and told by my brother Swindon won 3-0.  Oops

No We won 3-0. Colin Todd was manager. Youre thinking of the friendly back in 1999. this one was in 2002 I think.

I left yesterday when they put the board up. I couldn't face the extra 4 minutes.

Thats the third time this season I've left early, and I've never done it prior to this year.

Last season I left at Chesterfield away when we were 3-0 down.

3-0 is my breaking point I think. But then again I suppose a lot Stockport fans felt the same way at the Stockport-Town game earlier this season.
