I've got a big fat fuck off cheque to pay in but nowhere to pay it in to. Any recommendation's? Also how much ID do you need. I've got a slightly buggered passport and a solicitors letter for proof of address do I need anything else?

So passport and solicitors letter should be enough. I don't want them to think that I'm a terrorist. Oh fuck it I've got to go. Bye

If you believe in fair trade, eco friendlyness, animal welfare, human rights, social enterprise and oppose the arms trade and currency speculation then the Co-op are the people you need.

I'm not sure what the ideologies of Rasta Jews are so you might be better off going for the one with the highest interest rates.

Halifax ... £100 for nothing after you pay at least two pay cheques in.

Think thats only when you 'swap' current accounts....but worth checking out!  £100 for nothing is always a nice little bonus!

I've got an appointment with Halifax at 2.45. It was the first one I walked past.

I'm nervous, I don't like official meetingy like things. I'm sure I can charm them with my chilled out relaxed attitude though.

Sorted. The Lady at Halifax was very nice and surprised as I was when I passed the credit rating computer check for a normal bank account with debit card and cheque book. Happy days.

Aceness, if you ignore my student load I'm actually in credit for the first time in nearly 5 years.
