Personally I don't see what the problem with Maverick joining is. I know it's a protest forum etc etc, but I still think any preliminary protest plans should be made public anyway, regardless if people will be against it.

I guess there could be a chance people will tell the board everything before proper plans are released so I do understand. For the love of Swindon don't let Gazza join

Hey Bushey, I know I can be a plum (frequently), and I also know many who agree with me - but hey it is Monday and I feel Mondayish and I cannot believe how things have all kicked off again just as I thought (hoped) things were progressing at least a bit (and quietly).

a) he goes to more games than me
b) has never sent me any abusive crap either on the board or pm  c) if everyone agreed with everyone else on here I'd be bored stupid and..
d) he usually stays much more sober of an evening than I do

I think it would be better for all concerned if everyone agreed to stop posting here until we have something of substance to discuss.  The discussion on this forum and the Adver forum seems to be based less & less on STFC and more & more about Maverick.

And with all due respect to Maverick, I’m finding it a little tedious right now.  He has his views, which I am never going to subscribe to…and I am quite sure the reverse is also true in a number of respects.  On the basis that we’re not going to convert each other, why not suspend things until we have more details.
