Going rate mate...what more can I say? I had my mortgage advisor around and that I should put it on for 105k. I know he probably knows little about houses but is always in touch with agents.

Bargain!! I bought my current one for 88k (on the market for 90) nearly three years ago. Is it worth letting out? Or is it not worth it as I want to release equity, and get a new place. Whats the renting market like at the mo?

I bought that one in May 2003 so four years ago, values have shot up in that time, mate bought a 2 bed in westlea for 135 last month!

I feel for people who havent got on the market yet
