Car Rust

I got a littie bit on my shite car. Is their any good products I can use to stop it getting worse or clean it up?

In my experience none of the preparations like Curust work, the best thing to do is get an electric drill with a sander attachment, wack some emery on it, and sand down the rust until you get to metal, then depending on whether its visible or not, put some black Hammerite paint on it. if its visible then you'll need to do a proper paint job with primer etc, again I find Hammerite paints very good.

I've got quite a bit of rust on my wheel arch but the above sounds complicated so I might just take it to halfords and get them to sort it
