or alternatively, you could eat fruit. I made up some grrrrreat recipes...
such as:
An apple. Eat.
Peel a banana, eat it.
Eat an apple.
Peel an orange and eat it.
The great thing about this system is you're flexible to make your own order up!! sometimes I might even eat TWO ORANGES. IN A ROW!!!
