I'd say:
1. Jack Smith
2. Lukas
3. Nicholas

Pook is the new "Duke" as he can't do anything ---- I don't rate him that highly on the basis from what I've seen but he's not the worst STFC player I've seen by far.

The biggest shame of it all is that he's a product of the Youth set-up.

What I do believe is that if was truly that bad Sturrock wouldn't have him at the club - like what happened with Onibuje.

..and how many times has he actually featured under Sturrock? twice...and that was only due to injuries to Evans & Weston plus the suspension of Timlin.

If we had enough depth in the middle of the park, then I believe Sturrock would have shipped him out

True. He's been more ruthless with his strikers than with his midfield... All of this shows how bad Whalley is though.  Wink

One performance doesn't change the fact that he's shit, 10-12 solid games on the trot will. He's got one, maybe 2 on reflection now under his belt in the last 2 weeks.

Who has managed that recently?!

Roberts? No
Peacock? No
Weston? No
Ifil? No
Williams? No

Only Phil Smith has been consistently good recently, so i think  it is harsh to say Pook must play well so often to be considered

Ifils been solid all season for starters

Zaaboub and Timlin have barely put a foot wrong

Williams only had a bad game and made a mistake when he was manager

Like DV85 said, ifil has had a great season, consistent throughout.

He does sound about 12 and i suppose its that thats made me think he is still a young lad learning who has had about 5 managers and last year expected to carry a struggling team
