Wot!! No Brian Howard!!

He won't like that. Surely its a misprint - he should be number 1.

I wonder what excuse he'll use this time ... he's got plenty of time to think one up while he is "resting".

I have to say I haven't heard of half of them!
Lee trundle is TOTALLY overrated. He would be bollocks if he was playing in a higher league.

Agreed, Trundle is a fat tub of lard who is reliant on penalties.

it amazes me how Parkin hasn't been shipped off to a higher league club. very rarely do you find a player that can score 20 + goals for you 3 seasons running. Not that I'm companing of course  Wink

Agreed. I cant understand why only Hull have made a real offer for him. I think with the way the transfer market is going we will get something more like 500k than 1m to be honest when he does eventually leave.

If we dont go up I can see him going to a boring, average Championship side and scoring 12 goals a year for ages!

Erm... Slightly off topic, but I've just got this 442 and was happily enjoying it until I got to the League 1 Roundup in the Planet Football section. The Swindon Town news?

'Steve Jones missed much of Swindon's festive programme after hurting his back getting the kids out of the car. "I'll leave all that to the wife from now on", he says.'
