I changed to Vodaphone a while back as I couldn't consistently get a reception in my house with T mobile.

leggett/bennett, you can try getting compesation out of em but good luck i have allready tried for another reason, i went on holiday and a few days before i call em up saying im going abroad, can you sort my phone out and make it work over there, lovely lady, few minutes and its done"apparently" i get to my destination, try to ring home and nothing, it resulted in me spending quite a bit of cash using phone cards which i sent a very cunting email to, to my suprise i get a reply but all i am asked for it loads of information i have no idea how to find and they were no help in helping me find it, in the end i just got annoyed and forgot about it. but yes tmobile are cunts, should have stuck to o2

they charged me £247 for a months line rental in september as well, i'm waiting til there's not a drama in my life to actually try to get some money back.

effectively we're being charged for days when our phones are inoperable through no fault of our own, it's that simple

as it's just a switch (causing reduced network capacity as opposed to losing the signal) you'll get didlly squat from them.  I'm on Virgin so using the T Mobile Network and it has been a bit of a bitch but that's mobiles people.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH I HATE T MOBILE MORE TODAY

my phone works now,as of 11am. i get a message from the 26th saying my "flex credit" balance is £***.** (edited, it's not really asteriks(sp))

how excellent, they can think about charging me for the service but not make any use of my phone for numorous days.
