Would not be suprised to see the current lot support sturrock in the market come january
The only chance they have to try and convince the people who are not sure if the are the good guys or bad guys in the recent episode.

they can't though, surely?
if they give sums of money to sturrock then it'll raise questions with regards to the delayed cva payment.
if they don't, then fans will accuse them of being tightwads all over again.
they can't win really...which is ace!

The argument they have is that they say the funds are in place and if thats the case they have put in a account to raise interest on it which is not uncommon
They are cunts though at the end of the day(imo obviously)

all STFC fans will either blame for the board for spending money on players and not the CVA or say the board should spend money on the CVA and not players so...

Given that if they don't pay the CVA they run the risk of the club being liquidated by creditors, I think fans would be quite entitled to raise eyebrows if anything is put as a priority before that.

Some players will go so one would imagine money from that (whalley as an example) would go back into the playing squad.

I think they will sell players personally - in order to pay the CVA they will say .. only for us to find out 2 months later its not been paid yet

Nah, I think Gazza's right - it'll be some out, some in, roughly equal numbers. Which with some shrewd deals and spots (and I think Luggy's more than proven his capability in that regard) should be enough to ensure our rightful place in the automatic slots come May.

The only chance they have to try and convince the people who are not sure if the are the good guys or bad guys in the recent episode. If the Board wanted to pull the rug from under the fan's Consortium, it could be achieved at a stroke by offering to take an elected fan onto the Board and then acting on it in good faith. Why do they not want to do this? make up your own mind.

hit the nail on the head Reg.
but Gazza's also right - no matter what they do, they'll be wrong. And they can't complain at that - they're like the bloke who's had 5 affairs but wants another chance because he says he'll be ok from now on (which they hav only said and done nothing to prove)!
